Conditions of Sale

All goods remain the property of Three Wishes Weddings until payment has been received in full.    In the event of an item becoming unpaid after it has been dispatched and received by the customer, "Three Wishes Weddings” will take reasonable steps to recover the goods or equivalent value from the customer.

Postage Costs within UK

Three Wishes Weddings postage and packing charges are £4.95 (GBP) Overseas postage is dependent on individual orders please contact us first.

Delivery & Shipping Schedule

We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 2-3 working days under normal circumstances. This does not include Personalised.  A proof of postage receipt will be retained for all goods dispatched.  Higher value items will need a signature upon delivery.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their address is correct on the sales order.  We will not be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit due to incorrect addresses.  In the event of circumstances out of our control, i.e. Postal strikes, goods may be delayed, although you will be informed on the status of your order at all times.

Personalised Goods

Where items have been personalised for the customer we are unable to refund or exchange these goods unless we at "Three Wishes Weddings” have made an error.  Please ensure that when ordering you have given the correct spelling and details.  Dispatch times for personalised goods are approximately 10 working days.


Loss or Damage

Any lost or damaged parcels, incomplete parcels or contents, must be reported to us immediately.  We will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly, and where possible, a replacement will be offered. Items are not classed as lost until 14 working days have elapsed after being notified that the order has been dispatched.   Royal Mail do not actually class items as lost until 21 days have elapsed.
Damaged items will need to be returned to us in an unused condition with the original packaging.  Three Wishes Weddings will cover the cost of the return postage.


The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitle a customer to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If you wish to cancel your order please notify Three Wishes Weddings before returning the goods.  The goods must be returned at the customers expense in an unused condition with the original packaging. The goods should be returned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss in transit. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days.  Personalised goods cannot be returned due to the bespoke nature of the product.


Three Wishes Weddings do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.  The payment facilities on this website are secure 256 bit SSL encrypted.  We appreciate your privacy.


Three Wishes Weddings will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise, howsoever sustained; and/or Failure in performance, viruses, line failure or the like through visiting our website.

Three Wishes Weddings limit their liability to the value of the goods purchased by the customer.  Three Wishes Weddings will not accept liability for any consequential losses or damage arising out of non-delivery or failure of the purchased goods.  However, this does not affect your statutory rights.  By placing an order with Three Wishes Weddings you are understood to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
