Conditions of Sale

All goods remain the property of Three Wishes Weddings until payment has been received in full.  Three Wishes Weddings is a trading name of "HH Jager Ltd" Registered in England & Wales Company number 06302316.  VAT registration number 987157663 In the event of an item becoming unpaid after it has been despatched and received by the customer, "Three Wishes Weddings” will take reasonable steps to recover the goods or equivalent value from the customer.

Postage Costs within UK

Three Wishes Weddings postage and packing charges are £3.50 (GBP) for order values up to £34.00, a charge of £7.00 (GBP) for order values from £34.01 to £75.00.  All orders over £75.00 in value will be shipped free of charge within the UK.  These rates are for purchased goods and do not include any hire items.  Overseas postage is dependent on individual orders please contact us first.

Delivery & Shipping Schedule

We will endeavour to despatch goods within 2-3 working days under normal circumstances. This does not include Personalised Goods or Hire. A proof of postage receipt will be retained for all goods despatched.  Higher value items will need a signature upon delivery.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their address is correct on the sales order.  We will not be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit due to incorrect addresses.  In the event of circumstances out of our control, i.e. Postal strikes, goods may be delayed, although you will be informed on the status of your order at all times.

Personalised Goods

Where items have been personalised for the customer we are unable to refund or exchange these goods unless we at "Three Wishes Weddings” have made an error.  Please ensure that when ordering you have given the correct spelling and details.  Despatching times for personalised goods are approximately 7 – 10 working days.

Deed Poll Certificates

The Deed Poll is a bespoke item and cannot be returned for a refund unless Three Wishes Weddings have made an error on the certificate. The Distance Selling Act grants you a period of time to cancel an order.  However, the Deed Poll is a bespoke item and if we have already started to prepare your certificate, we will not issue a refund.

Deed Poll certificates are guaranteed for use in the UK by Three Wishes Weddings once they have been signed in the presence of a UK Solicitor.  In the event of non-acceptance of one of our Deed Poll certificates, we will require sight of the certificate.  We will not enter into any form of correspondence after receipt, where the Deed Poll certificate has not been witnessed by a UK Solicitor.

Three Wishes Weddings will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise, for non-acceptance of the certificate. Three Wishes Weddings limit their liability to the value of the Deed Poll purchased by the customer.

Conditions of Hire

Goods that have been hired from Three Wishes Weddings by one individual, who is named on the agreement, may not be further hired to a third party.  All deposits and hire charges must be fully paid before the goods are despatched. The goods that are on hire may only be used for the explicit purpose of the hire agreement and the hire period.  It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the hire goods are returned as per the hire agreement.  The hire goods must be returned in the same condition as when delivered or this will result in the partial or whole loss of the damage deposit.  Late returns will cause distress for other customers and will be charged by the day as per booking form.

An initial non returnable booking fee of £20.00 must be paid within 7 days of placing an order, this will secure your booking.  The balance of the hire charge and damage deposit, to be paid 6 weeks prior to the hire period.  All payments to be made by cheque or postal order.  The damage deposit will be refunded to the customer upon satisfactory return & condition of the hired goods.  If the hired goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, Three Wishes Weddings will contact the customer regarding their damage deposit.

Cancellation of a hired cake stand will result in the customer losing their £20.00 booking fee.  If the customer cancels their hire agreement after paying the hire fee, the hire fee will not be returned.  The customer will be refunded their damage deposit in full.

Loss or Damage

Any lost or damaged parcels, incomplete parcels or contents, must be reported to us immediately.  We will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly, and where possible, a replacement will be offered.  Items will need to be returned to us in an unused condition with the original packaging.  Three Wishes Weddings will cover the cost of the return postage.
 

Returns

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitle a customer to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If you wish to cancel your order please notify Three Wishes Weddings before returning the goods.  The goods must be returned at the customers expense in an unused condition with the original packaging. The goods should be returned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss in transit. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days.  Personalised goods and Deed Poll certificates cannot be returned due to the bespoke nature of the product.
 

Privacy

Liability

Three Wishes Weddings will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise, howsoever sustained; and/or Failure in performance, viruses, line failure or the like through visiting our website.

Three Wishes Weddings limit their liability to the value of the goods purchased by the customer, or the value of the hire charge to the customer.  Three Wishes Weddings will not accept liability for any consequential losses or damage arising out of non-delivery or failure of the purchased or hired goods.  However, this does not affect your statutory rights.  By placing an order with Three Wishes Weddings you are understood to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
